The certificate of analysis for the batch you would receive, the HPLC chromatogram behind it, mass-spec identity confirmation and the safety data sheet.
Cold chain and route
Which operation dispatches to you, the transit time to your destination, and the packaging needed to keep material within specification on that route.
Customs and import
Research-use declarations, tariff classification and the paperwork your institution or broker will be asked for on a cross-border shipment.
Commercial terms
A written quote, plus purchase-order terms, invoicing and procurement documentation for universities and registered laboratories.
Two operations, one standard
We run supply from the United States and from Argentina. Your enquiry is routed to whichever base serves your destination best, on identical verification and documentation standards.
United States operation
Serves North American enquiries and institutional accounts, with domestic dispatch and documentation prepared in English.
Argentina operation
Serves Argentina and the rest of Latin America from Buenos Aires, with customs paperwork for research-use materials handled as standard and documentation in Spanish and English.

You do not choose an operation. During the consultation we work out which base gives the shortest cold-chain route and the cleanest customs path to your address, and quote from there.

How does the consultation work, and does it cost anything?
It is free and carries no obligation. You send a short form describing what the programme needs; our technical team checks batch availability against your specification, works out which operation should dispatch, and replies in writing with availability, batch data, lead time, route and price. Nothing ships and nothing is charged until you accept the quote.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Because a single published number would be wrong for most enquiries. Cost depends on the batch, the quantity, the destination, the cold-chain route and the documentation your institution requires. We review all five in the consultation and send a written quote instead — usually within one business day, with no obligation to proceed.
Who answers the consultation — is it a medical consultation?
No. It is a technical supply consultation, handled by our supply team across the US and Argentina operations. They work on sourcing, verification, documentation and logistics. They are not clinicians, they do not design protocols, and they will not provide dosing or administration guidance for any compound.
Do I need a prescription or licence to enquire?
No prescription is involved because these are not medicines. We do ask you to confirm you are enquiring as a qualified researcher or on behalf of an institution, and we reserve the right to decline any enquiry that appears intended for human use.
Can you supply bulk or custom quantities?
Yes. For quantities beyond catalog vial sizes, or for compounds not listed at all, describe your specification in the consultation form and we will quote lead time and price. Custom synthesis is available for established research accounts.
