Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about testing, shipping and what these materials are — and are not.
What does "research use only" actually mean?
It means these compounds are sold as laboratory reference materials for in-vitro and analytical work by qualified personnel. They are not medicines, not supplements, and are not authorised or intended for human or veterinary consumption. We do not provide dosing guidance, and we cannot supply for personal use.
Do you provide a certificate of analysis?
Yes, for every batch. Your CoA includes the HPLC chromatogram and mass spectrometry identity confirmation from an independent testing laboratory, matched to the batch number printed on your vial. We will also send a current CoA before you order if you ask.
Why is only the vial format available?
We currently supply lyophilised powder in sealed vials, which is the most stable format for transit and long-term storage. Pre-filled pen devices are in development but not yet stocked — you can join the waitlist to be notified.
How should the material be stored?
Lyophilised vials should be stored at -20 °C and protected from light. Unopened, they remain within specification for 24 months. Reconstituted material should be refrigerated at 2–8 °C and used within the window indicated on your CoA.
How do monthly supply plans work?
You select a compound and vial size, then choose a 3- or 6-month cadence. We dispatch once per month at a locked-in unit price, with priority allocation from each new batch. You can pause or cancel before any upcoming dispatch.
Which countries do you ship to?
Argentina domestically in 24–72 hours, plus Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia, Peru, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico in 3–8 business days. Every cross-border shipment includes research-use declarations and a safety data sheet.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer in Argentine pesos, USD wire for institutional accounts, and crypto. Universities and registered laboratories can request purchase-order terms with an invoice.
Can you supply bulk or custom quantities?
Yes. For quantities beyond catalog vial sizes, or for compounds not listed, contact us with your specification and we will quote lead time and pricing. Custom synthesis is available for established research accounts.
Do I need a prescription or licence to order?
No prescription is involved because these are not medicines. We do ask you to confirm you are ordering as a qualified researcher or on behalf of an institution, and we reserve the right to decline orders that appear intended for human use.
What happens if a shipment arrives damaged?
Photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Cold-chain failures and transit damage are replaced at no cost, including reshipment.
